CEO:

Mr Russell Smith

MR Smith is the President/CEO of Dhanoa Minerals and also serves as the Chariman of the board of Directors.

Mr Smith has also held the position of CEO of Vision Energy Corp from 2003 to the present time. Vision Energy Corp holds propritary rights to certain technology in the field of energy conservation and alternative energy.

Prior to and in concert with these activities he has been extremely involved in the exploration for and production of prrecious minerals. He started his career with hard rock gold mining experience and progressed to owning a large personal portfolio of gold and precious stones holdings.

These holdings and operations have been primarily in the Western United States and formerly in other mining areas of the World, such as Australia, Indonesia and Columbia.

Mr. William McNerny

Mr. William McNerny was appointed as a Board Director of the Company on May 31, 2007.
He has also served in the past as its Secretary and Treasurer.  From July of 2005 to May 2007,
Mr. McNerney has been a consultant to Emco S.A., and other junior mining entities, assisting
with the acquisition of undeveloped gold, silver and uranium properties in
North and South America. He has served as President and Chief Executive Officer of
Impactive Tech Inc., a Nevada corp., managing mining stock portfolios.

Mr. McNerney served Power Technology, Inc. as a Director from June of 1997 to May 2004
and as its Executive Vice President from June of 2001 until May 2004. From February 2000
to March 2003, Mr. McNerney has served as a Director and Secretary of
Fluidic/Microwave Systems, Inc., a Nevada corporation.

From 1993 to 1999, he was a Director and Executive Vice President Officer of Revolutionary
Technology Industries, Inc. From 1984 to 1993, Mr. McNerney was retired. From 1974 to 1984,

Mr. McNerney owned and operated an oil and gas operating company, Golden Exploration, Inc..
From 1954 to 1976, Mr. McNerney was a commercial airline pilot, employed by Northwest Airlines.

COO:

Mr Henry Manayan

Mr. Manayan is the Chief Operating Officer of Dhanoa Minerals and serves on the Board of Directors as its Corporate Secretary.  He was educated at Syracuse University, Oxford University (Great Britain), Yale-in-China College, Golden Gate University Graduate College of Banking and Finance, and received his Juris Doctor from the University of Santa Clara School of Law. He also completed post-graduate work at theLondon Business School and Harvard University.  At Dhanoa, Mr. Manayan oversees Mergers & Acquisitions, Strategy, Corporate Development, Finance, Communications, Governmental Affairs and Investor Relations.

 

Mr. Manayan is the President & CEO of The Transpacific Companies, LLC, a finance and investment company based in Silicon Valley, California. His experience includes commercial real estate development in five Western States and venture capital/private equity. Mr. Manayan has also been a college professor and lecturer in two states.


With an interest in public service, Mr. Manayan served three terms as the Mayor of the City of Milpitas, California, the first Asian-American ever elected to the position. One highlight of his political career was an appointment to a White House Advisory Group on Asian-Pacific Affairs by U.S. President Bill Clinton.


He is a co-founder of ViaGold Capital, a private equity and venture fund holding company which went public on the Australian Stock Exchange and sold in 2010. He was involved in the merger and acquisition of Culturecom Holdings, Ltd., a diversified investment company listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. While at Culturecom Holdings, his focus was in mergers and acquisitions. He served as Chairman, CEO, Board Director or executive officer to numerous portfolio companies including Terra Solar Global, which was recently sold.
He also has been an officer, director or legal counsel to numerous companies and organizations in four countries.

CFO: 

Mr. Schiemann is the CFO of Dhanoa Minerals and serves on the Board of Directors as its Treasurer.

 

Currently Mr Schiermann serves as the Chief Financial Officer of various private and public companies. Prior to that he has held CFO positions in numerous companies. Additionally, Mr Schiemann operates his own accounting and consultancy practice. Mr Schiemann's educational background includes an undergraduate degree from the University of Illinois, Chicago Circle Campus as well as an MBA in taxation from Golden Gate University Sacramento campus. During his years of practice, Mr Schiemann has been involved with many public registrations and structuring of mergers and acquisitions. His current practice includes an emphasis on administration and consulting to small and micro-cap public companies.
